Goal. So tomorrow starts my “new me” adventure. Going to bed early at 10pm or 11pm waking up early the next day. Not eating junk food anymore. After class and after I finish my Spanish stuff that’s due tomorrow I am working out by either going for a walk, going to the gym, doing my 30 minute shred, or all of the above. It’s time for a new me, a new me that weighs less and feels better about myself and just life in general. It’s time to fit into my clothes comfortable or at least with some room, and it is time to not feel tired all of the time. I not only want to look better, but I want to be healthy. I’ve never been healthy and it’s time for that to happen. Goal is to lose at least 20 pounds by graduation in May and to lose even more by summer time and even more than that by September 2013 for my best friend’s wedding. This is what is happening. I know most people wot care about this, but I felt like
